V0.4.0

For V0.4 I have added just a couple things, First:

Fixed Loading Screen: I replaced some of the Stuff that shows up on the intro, no longer showing my logo, but instead showing the team logo, I plan to do this in the future for the icon of the game, but that will come later

Added Subtitles: I added synced subtitles for the vo of menacing point, in the next version I will sync subtitles to upcoming vo and the tutorial

Added Loading Animation: I added a loading icon that shows up when the game is loading, it mostly just shows up when in the editor i save the game files
